Excellent service is the cornerstone of every business, or at least it ought to be.  

 

In my tax practice I was amazed by the number of calls I received from taxpayers that had already spent thousands of dollars with a tax resolution company that advertised through television or radio ads. Sometimes their cases were passed from person to person and it seemed as though no one was really in charge of helping them with their problem. Important deadlines were missed or paperwork was rejected by the IRS because it was incomplete. Their stories were upsetting and, to me, infuriating because it always boiled down to the same thing: people with no money to spare had paid a high price for poor service and no results. Now they were worse off than they were before they had paid for “help.” That’s what can happen when a business values money over good service.  

 

I believe that if someone hires you to help them, then you should do your best to leave them better off than how you found them. Commonwealth Tax Resolution was formed with that simple concept in mind. Tax problems are complicated, but they can be overcome with persistent, good service. That is my first and foremost concern.
